The Secrets of Ritz Carlton Quality Care
Thats right. The California Association of Orthodontists cordially invites all PCSO members and their staff to come listen to Ms. Robin William, the western regional director of quality for the Ritz Carlton Company.
On October 5, from 15 p.m., she will reveal the secrets of Ritz Carlton quality and explain how they can be easily applied to orthodontics. This CAO-sponsored event in Monterey will kick off the PCSO Annual Session. 3.5 CE units are being offered for attending this session.
Ms. William has designed and implemented healthcare quality improvement programs for many clients including the Betty Ford Clinic and Sharp Memorial Hospital.
According to Ms. William, the centerpiece to Ritz Carlton Quality Care is empowering the employees to create an environment of teamwork and excellence. She will teach the audience how to emulate this technique in their own office.
Registration opened June 14th, and many have already signed up for this exciting event. After September 3rd, registration is only available onsite for a $150 fee for members and staff. Space is limited.
If you have questions, you may contact the CAO office at 415-441-4697.
