BYLAWS OF THE PACIFIC COAST SOCIETY OF ORTHODONTISTS
ARTICLE X -- EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
An Executive Director of this Society may be employed or contracted by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall determine the compensation and tenure of the executive director.
B. DUTIES:
The Executive Director shall have the following duties and the performance of these duties shall be subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors:
1. shall be the executive head of the central office;
2. shall engage all employees except as provided in these Bylaws;
3. shall co-ordinate the activities of all committees and projects of this Society and shall assist in the preparation of all reports of such committees;
4. shall prepare an annual report of the activities of the central office for review by the Board of Directors;
5. shall assist the Secretary-Treasurer in carrying out the detailed duties of that office.
