BYLAWS OF THE PACIFIC COAST SOCIETY OF ORTHODONTISTS
ARTICLE XIX -- SEAL
A corporate seal shall be recognized as official within this Society.
A. CORPORATE SEAL:
This shall be employed as an evidence of incorporation on any official document requiring such evidence and shall be used only at the direction of the Board of Directors.
