Directions

From East: Take Interstate 90 to Interstate 5 North and use the Madison Street Exit. Turn left onto Madison Street, and then turn right onto 6th Avenue. Proceed for 4 blocks and then turn right onto Pike Street. The hotel will be on the right.

From North: Take Interstate 5 South and use the Union Street Exit. Proceed for 1 block to Sixth Avenue and then take a right onto Sixth Avenue. Continue 1 block and take another right onto Pike Street. The hotel will be on the right.

From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: Take Interstate 5 North and exit at Seneca Street (use the left lane off the exit ramp). Turn right onto Sixth Avenue. The hotel entrance is on the right between Union Street and Pike Street.

• Registration fees for doctors are $75 for all PCSO Active, Affiliate and Associate Members and free for Residents and Retired Members. Non-Members are $125. After the pre-registration deadline, onsite fees apply(+$50).

• Registration fees for staff are $90. After the pre-registration deadline, date TBA onsite fees apply (+$25).
  
  
• Registration for staff will be handled by WSSO and not by PCSO. For more information, contact the WSSO, email wsso@comcast.net
  
  
• Doctor cancellations must be received one week prior to deadline to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee is retained from refundsfor each person cancelling.
  NO REFUNDS will be issued after the deadline. Staff cancellations must be sent to WSSO one week prior to deadline.
  
  
• NO SHOWS who have not cancelled by the Deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
