Important Information Regarding Booking your Hotel Room for Annual Session 2021:
Please note: The PCSO, RMSO, and Hyatt Regency Portland will never contact exhibitors or attendees by phone or email to offer assistance in booking your hotel room. Should the Hyatt Regency Portland or the PCSO/RMSO have a question about your reservation, someone from the hotel will contact you directly.

PCSO & RMSO have worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block and negotiate an optimum room rate for its attendees and exhibitors where all PCSO & RMSO associated functions will be held. In the past, unauthorized companies/housing providers (commonly known as hotel pirates) have been known to solicit PCSO & RMSO exhibitors and attendees in an attempt to secure them lower room rates. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by PCSO or RMSO. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to the PCSO Executive Office. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the host hotel so that PCSO & RMSO and its members can benefit from the hotel’s reduced costs that in turn, lead to keeping registration costs and exhibit fees down for the participants.

Hotel links will go out with your registration confirmation and registration is scheduled to open May 1, 2021.
