The Wyrick Outlook is a PCSO endorsed company that trains orthodontic teams and runs the insurance side of the revenue cycle for practices across the United States. It is run by two sisters, Megan and B Wyrick, who started in orthodontics at 16 and have a combined 30-plus years across nearly every position in an ortho office, from assistant to office manager. They are coaches, not fly-in consultants. They have sat in your team’s chairs.

Most practice support in orthodontics sells more starts. TWO owns the other half, the unglamorous one: collections, insurance accounts receivable, and the financial systems that decide how much of your production actually reaches the bank.

Train every position on your team

twoTRAIN is a catalog of seven on-demand courses, one for each seat in the office. Each is approved for CE credit through the AGD PACE program in partnership with UpScale Education, and each is priced at $998 for the whole team. One registration, every team member, no per-seat cost.

Each course runs four to six hours on demand, includes a workbook, and comes with 90 days of replay access and admittance to the twoCREW alumni group.

Hand off the insurance work

twoDO is remote orthodontic billing, insurance only. A dedicated specialist handles verifications, claim submission, insurance AR follow-up, payment posting, and denied claims. The team is 100 percent United States based and never offshored.

Your specialist is matched to your practice by software experience, practice size, and personality, and works inside the practice management system you already use, so your data stays in your system. Supported: Cloud9, Ortho2 Edge, Dolphin, OrthoTrac, TOPS, Greyfinch, and Wave. Engagements run six months, then month to month.

Practices also use twoDO for a one-time cleanup when insurance AR has gotten away from them, or as oversight of an in-house biller.

Coach the team one on one

twoCOACH is private coaching with Megan, B, and the twoCREW, built around your practice rather than a template. Practices come to TWO at two moments: when something changes, a coordinator leaves, a location opens, a practice is acquired, or a third-party billing contract ends, and when the chaos has simply gone on long enough.
